TARA LEVOCI
Tara LeVoci, School Coordinator of the Steffi Nossen School of Dance, has been teaching at Steffi since 2015. She trained and performed with the Eastern CT Ballet Company, where she was the first student asked to teach for the organization at just 18 years old.  After receiving a BFA in Dance from Marymount Manhattan, she performed professionally in musical theater and cheerleading. Continuing her passion for outreach, she brought dance to after school elementary programs in CT, created a ballet program for the Hasidic community in Brooklyn, and taught at studios in Manhattan and the tristate area. A Westchester resident herself, Tara loves serving her community by teaching dance in our outreach programs including adaptive, storybook, and creative movement. At the school, you’ll find Tara teaching classes for all ages from Parent & Toddler to Adult Dance Cardio to Steffi’s Modern Core program. She also teaches our beloved Moving Wheels & Heels adaptive program, as well as our Dance for Parkinson’s classes.
