Yoga

This summer, Yoga by Haven will be offering four pop-up classes and a weekly Thursday morning level 1 class all offered at our new "home" at the Steffi Nossen School of Dance.

Each class is $25. We also have a 10 class pack available for purchase.
Please bring your own mat.

Mindful Movement (Open Level):
An opportunity to explore movement in your body with intention, this Mindful Movement practice will focus on all the ways the body can move. We'll break down traditional yoga postures into their simplest forms, and put them back together to feel them in a different way; we'll take our time with each posture and movement, exploring how they feel and touching on each part of the body from head to toe. You can expect thoughtful sequencing and natural movements that you can take with you into your daily life. And practice always ends with a long, luxurious restorative pose to give your body the opportunity to rest and enjoy the benefits of a thoughtful movement practice.

POP-UP Strong Vinyasa with Cara July 6th
Let the sunshine in with this strong, dynamic, and playful vinyasa class that links breath and physical yoga postures to help you stay present and grounded. Music is a big part of this class and postures are sequenced to help increase flexibility, strengthen + tone muscles, and allow you to tune in to your body’s own rhythm.

POP-UP Strong Level 1 with Lisa July 26th
Breathe easy and feel complete in your body in this Strong Level 1 class. Clear away some mental and physical cobwebs and get excited by playful movements designed to help you find ease. We’ll enjoy a variety of movements that flow and ease into moving well and feeling good.

POP-UP Level 1 Iyengar with Jill August 16th
Join Jill for this Pop-Up Level 1 Iyengar Yoga class. Iyengar Yoga emphasizes physical alignment and an expansive awareness for clarity of self-perception and understanding. Move in a safe, fun, and uplifting exploration of foundational poses to build mobility + stability in the body and mind. And enjoy the deep relaxation that can come after this work.

POP UP Open Level Flow with Clara August 25th
This class features a strong, mindful Vinyasa flow with plenty of time to choose your own adventure in a grounding and playful practice with a super-fun playlist. All bodies welcome!
