TO REGISTER:
- For year long classes: A deposit of 50% of total
tuition plus a $40 non-refundable registration fee is required at registration. BALANCE
IS DUE BY OCTOBER 31st TO AVOID FINANCE CHARGES (see policies on reverse)
- For classes of 15 weeks or less in duration: PAYMENT IN FULL including
$40 non-refundable registration fee is required at registration.
- For students registering after the 2nd class: tuition
will be pro-rated. Please call the office for the tuition due.
DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE:
- Early payment discount: 5% discount on classes when
tuition is paid in full and check is postmarked by August 8th.
- Family
registration discount: Pay only one $40 registration fee
per family!
- Multiple class discount: For students
enrolled in 3 or more Technique and/or Core Cuiiculum classes excluding
Concert Group and all Ensembles: 10% discount on tuition for the third
and additional classes taken. This dicount will be applied to the lowest
tuition.
IMPORTANT POLICIES TO NOTE:
- NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER THE 2nd
CLASS. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR MISSED CLASSES.
- Monthly late fees of $25 will be assessed on all balances
60 days past due.
- Makeup classes, when available, may be taken only
within the same session.
- A $25 fee will be assessed against all returned checks.
- Payment plans are available upon request and review
but must be arranged at time of registration.
- We reserve the right to change classes subject
to enrollment. Faculty
is subject to change.
- Financial Aid Application is available upon request. Application
and back-up information must be submitted by September 24, 2010 for
returning students and October 1, 2010 for new students.
- Attendance and punctuality are crucial to a dancer’s development
and growth. Our curriculum is designed to instruct and guide dancers
to their fullest potential. Proper attire and neat hair are required
and enhance the experience of dance instruction. We expect our students
to approach their dance experience with a sense of discipline and respect.
- Our weather closings follow public schools in corresponding communities
and will be announced on WFAS 103.9 radio, News 12 Westchester television
and online at www.news12.com.

Our
Chappaqua classes are held at The Church of St. Mary the Virgin, 191
S. Greeley Avenue, Chappaqua, NY 10514
- From South (New York City) Westside Drive North
to Hudson Parkway to Saw Mill River Parkway North
to Rte. 120 - Chappaqua exit (about 40 miles). Quick left under
parkway. Left again at light (50 yards). Go over Rail
Road Bridge. Bear right at Flagpole fork and go south on South
Greeley Ave. Church on left, just beyond Bell Middle School
and across from ball field
- From North (Putnam) Saw Mill River Parkway to
Rte. 120 - Chappaqua Exit (2 miles beyond Readers Digest light).
Turn right off exit, bear right to Rte. 120. Then right at
light onto Rte. 120. Go over Rail Road Bridge. Bear right
at Flagpole fork and go south on South Greeley Ave. Church on left,
just beyond Bell Middle School and across from ball field
- From West (Tarrytown) 287 E. to Saw Mill
River Parkway North to Chappaqua Exit. Quick left under parkway. Left
again at light (50 yards). Go over Rail Road Bridge. Bear
right at Flagpole fork and go south on South Greeley Ave. Church
on left, just beyond Bell Middle School and across from ball field.
